The purpose of this site is to share with you what I have learned from growing my own wellness business over the last twelve years so you can create or sustain your own health and wellness business both off line and online.

From my experience it is particularly tough for wellness practitioners since as a community we tend to be extremely passionate and educated in our field of expertise whether it is yoga, pilates, nutrition, reflexology… but we are not always so well educated in the manner of how to market our business – it is not our focus.
So sometimes we use the wrong approach, we miss out using a valuable tool (I have done that), we burn out (I have came close) or we become financially strained (that happened too) until we learn how to do things in a better way. Finally, I did.
