<p>In MS Outlook I created groups of people to send my newsletter to <strong>but each group could not be more than 10 people</strong> or my internet service provider would block them as *sp* (you know that word that rhymes with ham) This was terrible since I had over 500 readers of my ezine at the time so I had to spend an evening sending out messages after message.</p>
<p>Finally &#8216;I saw the light&#8217; and decided that it was better for me to pay a permission based email marketing provider to send out my newsletters and messages on my behalf in essentially just a few minutes.</p>
<p><em>What used to consume at least two to three hours a week (not including the time to write the article) is now done in about ten minutes.</em></p>

<p><strong>Wellness Assistance</strong></p>
<p>Decide who will be doing the training if it is not just you and prepare educational materials for the other coaches so they are duplicating your work at the same high standard you offer. If you have to hire coaches you need to factor this into the cost of your service. This is important since if you get a big contract with a lot of employees you want to be able to fulfill the contract and not burn yourself out or worse yet fail to meet the needs of the client.</p>

<p><strong>Wellness Equipment</strong></p>
<p>Confirm you have easy access to the equipment you will need as part of the wellness sessions on site or if you will have to supply them. You may need mats for yoga etc. Some business will have equipped fitness gyms or wellness centers in their buildings that you can have access to. If they don’t you will need to supply the equipment or find a location close to the business that you can rent space from and this will affect your cost as you create your pricing model. It is wise to find out where there are local facilities before you promote your wellness program and find out you have to cancel an offering since you have no where to train the people or the cost is too high.</p>

<p><strong>Test out your Wellness program<br />
</strong></p>
<p>Test run a wellness workshop to see how long it will take and how well the organization of the event flows. You could offer a workshop to friends and family in trade for their intense critique. If at all possible bring in potential assistant wellness coaches during your test run so you can check out their ability in action. This test run is very important to the success of your work. I have been to events where you could really tell the organizer was really disorganized because most likely they had not performed a test run.</p>

<p>Create a system of evaluation so you are able to show the client who hires you to coach their staff the return on their investment. <p>Create materials whether they are e books, e guides or videos to keep educating people who have attended your program particularly if it is a short training program.
